Thank you for shopping at Xanadu Hills! We're thrilled to provide you with unique apparel inspired by coastal calm and mountain adventure. As each item is custom-made especially for you, our shipping process reflects our commitment to quality and individuality.

1. Order Processing Time: All orders are meticulously prepared and custom-printed just for you after your purchase. This "processing time" is separate from shipping time.

  • Orders are typically processed within 2-7 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: We are proud to offer attractive shipping options to get your Xanadu Hills apparel to you.

  • Free Standard Shipping: Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $75 USD (pre-tax and after any discounts applied) within the USA and Canada.

  • Standard Shipping (USA): For orders under $75 USD, a flat rate of $4.85 USD will apply. Estimated delivery time after processing is typically 3-7 business days.

  • Standard Shipping (Canada): For orders under $75 USD, a flat rate of $11.95 USD will apply. Estimated delivery time after processing is typically 7-14 business days.

  • International Shipping (Outside USA & Canada): For other international destinations, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery time after processing is typically 10-20 business days (actual delivery times may vary significantly depending on the destination country's customs process and local postal service efficiency).

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Unforeseen delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, or customs processing.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email. This email will contain your unique tracking number(s), allowing you to monitor the journey of your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for International Orders): Xanadu Hills is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to international orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, import duties, and taxes) are the sole responsibility of the customer. We advise international customers to check with their local customs office for potential charges before placing an order.

5. Damages, Lost Packages, and Undeliverable Orders:

  • Damaged Items: Xanadu Hills is not liable for any products damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office. If your package appears genuinely lost in transit, please contact us immediately at beach2mountains.designs@gmail.com so we can assist in investigating with the carrier.

  • Undeliverable Orders: If a package is returned to our Print Provider due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if it remains unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees.
