Return Policy – Xanadu Hills

We accept return requests for damaged or misprinted items within 30 days of delivery.

We will happily replace items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective. If your order has an issue, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem so we can resolve it quickly.

Because each product is custom-printed just for you when an order is placed, Xanadu Hills does not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection by the customer, or dislike of the design/color. We strongly recommend reviewing our size charts and product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.
